  • Ayurvedic Nutrition & Trauma Detox: 3-Month Mind-Body Restoration

    Trauma affects the gut, the nervous system, and your ability to digest life. Ayurvedic healing brings balance to the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and supports deep emotional and energetic healing.

    Month 1: Gut Healing & Grounding

    Goal: Calm the nervous system and heal gut imbalances linked to trauma.

    Personalized dosha assessment and trauma-type mapping.

    Begin grounding foods (root vegetables, warm cooked meals) and digestive teas.

    Tongue scraping, oil pulling, and self-massage (Abhyanga) for daily grounding.

    Reduce sugar, caffeine, and processed foods.

    Each chakra holds the energetic imprint of your life’s experiences. Shadow work allows you to face and transmute the hidden blocks that keep you stuck in fear, scarcity, and disconnection.

    Month 1: Root to Solar Plexus – Survival & Identity

    Goal: Heal safety, trust, and personal power issues.
